VITA KARL KASES
Karl Kases is Austrian, or rather, he is Viennese, and began his career as a cameraman for well-known German TV stations.
Among other things he shoots many a Schimanski-Tatort with Götz George. As Director of Photography for the European episodes of the TV series "Dallas" with Larry Hagman, his career begins in the USA. He relocates to Los Angeles. "Walker, Texas Ranger" with Chuck Norris is the next stop.
Karl Kases becomes a director on this CBS series and continues this career in Germany. Countless TV series and TV movies later, he shoots a feature film for ARD on Mallorca, "The Dream of a Lifetime" with Michaela May, Gerd Silberbauer and Michael Roll. A good moment to take a look around the Germans' favorite island.
